"I wanted to formally commend you and the staff of Pacific Landscapes on the successful completion of our back yard landscape project, The project was a very large undertaking for the wife and myself and we entered the project with some trepidation. The home we purchased sat on 3/4 of an acre and it was our desire to landscape the entire lot, Entering the project we had two concerns. First that the lot not look like a city park when completed. We desired a more intimate feel. Second, though we had received several good recommendations on your firm we feared the typical contractor issues one experiences in construction or remodeling work. I must say that neither concern was warranted. The yard you designed and built for us is visually stunning, compliments the home perfectly and has some very intimate and inviting areas to enjoy. At every step of design and construction we felt as though you were prepared, experienced and lead us to good choices. Whenever a question came up you had an immediate answer for us and put us at ease. The process was as stress free as could be. As a Vice President of a mechanical contracting firm, and having remodeled several homes I have a considerable amount of experience with contractors from all trades. I have to say that dealing with yourself and the staff at Pacific Landscapes was one of the best experiences I’ve had, you are simply the most professional contractor I have dealt with.
